Product Pic Are To Large

  • Images on my product pages are to large. When I upload them they are about 350 x 350.

    Once uploaded they become way to large. When clicking on the product image, the popup window with the new image is closer to the size I actually uploaded.

    I switched to a default theme called “Twenty Nineteen”. I do not have the same issue in the default theme.

    I read that if the problem does not persist in the default theme, then it is my “Flatsome Child Theme” causing the problem and to contact the author and or post here for help.

    I do not know how to contact the author, so hope you guys can help.

    I should note that was able to create a couple hundred product listings with no problems. Up until yesterday when things started going wrong.
