Product picture is not visible on product page for iphone

  • Hi!

    I have a special issue with my website. When the product page gets opened from an iphone device, the product picture is not visible (there is a blank area instead of the product picture). Also, the menu button doesn’t work in the header – when tapped, nothing happens. Example page: https://iband.hu/termek/fusion/

    – The issue is specific ti iphnoe, but not specific to browser – same issue happens for chrome, firefox, duckduckgo, etc.

    -On desktop, android phone everything works fine

    -When you manually hit reload or refresh page, the page loads fine. But it’s not what an average user does / tryes when visiting the page for the first time.

    I tried turning off plugins, but issue still persisted, I suspect this relates to OceanWP theme which I use. Both single product page and header is created via theme builder.

    Anyone experienced the same? Any suggestion for workaround?

    It seems the plugin conflict issue.
    Please Go to Theme panel > Scripts & Styles, disable enable all the file and click on the save button, and check.
    If not resolved, please check the plugin conflict issue, disable all the plugins one by one and check the conflict issue.

    Thank you for the reply. Disabled all the plugins and started to switch back one by one. It seems when I turn on Elementor Pro, the issue comes back. What should be the next step in this case – I guess contacting Elementor Support?

    Hi,

    Please try to switch to the default theme like twentytwenty for testing and check if it is working or not. If it is still not working with the default theme also, then try contacting the elementor.

    The issue persists with other themes, so I contact Elementor.
