Recently setup this store for the release of my new book, everything works great except for the preview images on the product pages, and the shop page (shop page: https://w0lfmare.xepher.net/shop). Can anyone help me resolve this before the page goes live on 05/01/2018?

I’ve looked into the problem to see if others have already found a solution, but anything similar was on an old version, and required a change to the PHP file, which I cannot access with my limited knowledge and current tools.

    Thank you for the help!

Hi there! It looks like your theme has a JavaScript error. This is appearing in the console:

    TypeError: $mainmenu.parent(...).get(...) is undefined[Learn More]
    ddsmoothmenu.js:46:9

I’m not sure what would cause that error. I would recommend reaching out to the theme developer to take a look.

Thanks! I’ll run the problem by them.

if you disable the menu in the comcpress options, you need to also disable the menu jquery, it’s another option in the same place.

(the reason its left a toggle is cause you can use the menu widget instead which will use the same jquery)

So find the option in the appearance -> comicpress options and disable the menu jquery since you have the menu disabled, that will make it not load

Excellent, the previews for the individual product pages are fixed! Now, what can I do about the preview images on the main shop page? https://w0lfmare.xepher.net/shop

When looking at your site, I’m still seeing those console errors:

    console errors

Have you run this by the developer?

Otherwise, this kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re logged in to that session without affecting normal visitors to your site. Note that Health Check may not count Storefront as a default theme, so you can also use Twenty Seventeen as well.

If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
