Product Price not update

I set the regular price at $5, but it does not update when the price is higher than that. The “subtotal” price is right, but the “total” price stays the same. No matter if I increase the quantity, the total price keeps multiplying the quantity by $5. I am afraid it would cause confusion to the customer. Thank you for helping.
