It seems that the file you shared doesn’t exist anymore, have you figured it out?

It looks like that you’re using the price range, could you share one product sample/variation with us from your site, so we can try to see/reproduce it from our side too?

Also, if you’re still having issues with that, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Hello,

When you import your file, can you check the following?

1) Updating existing products is checked.
2) Specify CSV delimitator – csv elements are generally separated by comma (,) but your file CSV file uses semicolon (;) instead – in which case, you’ll need to specify that in CSV Delimiter.

2) Yes. As I don’t know how to save from Excel in commas, I always check the option to use semicolon.

This means the file works, I highly recommend opening it in MS Excel, and saving it as separated by commas you can check this article for reference, and then opening the file using another editor, for example, Libre Office, or Google Docs (Keep in mind MS Excel tends to change some numbers to Scientific notation in many cases). Once you have the file separated by commas, be sure to tick the checkmark Update existing products before updating the prices.
