Product Prices Not Syncing

Hi @rayeason,

A mismatch of pricing could be that a product sync to update the price of the product doesn’t work well.

Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply.

With that, we can have a look at the system status report to see if it’s configured with enough resources for the sync.

Do you see any errors in the logs? If yes, please copy and paste it here. Logs are found under: WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

You will want to make sure the logs are enabled for Facebook from Marketing > Facebook.

When you create a new product, does it sync the price correctly?

There was an initial product which was removed on aliexpress.

The vendor page was deleted.

So I deleted the product.

Yes, this will remove products from the Facebook catalog.

This may well be the case. Especially if the problems showed up in ways other than on Facebook as well.

Every Facebook product does take it’s price from the price in the product, or the sale price if currently valid, and it does add the tax as set up in the site.

Every product does have a “Facebook price” field which can be used to over-ride these prices. This is commonly used when, for example, there are complicated tax calculations taking place. Below is the setting for a simple product. Facebook sync setting for variable product type is available on the Variations tab
