• Hello Mr. Vlado,

    Thank you for your awesome work! A customer purchased a product needed to access a restricted page about a week ago, but they aren’t able to access the page after the purchase completed.

    I checked to ensure the payment completed successfully, and it did.
    I wasn’t able to locate the user or order number when I navigated to the User Overview screen.

    Is there a way to refresh the list, or a known fix?

    Sorry for the late reply. Is the order itself set to completed in the woocommerce backend? If its not its a misconfiguration with woocommerce. If yes please get me some info from the debug.log file.
