Product qty on minus

    hello.

    I’m having a problem with product qty

    My product was set for 30 pcs
    I ordered 1 pcs
    The qty of the product changed to – 1

    In a order history I can see that while making an order stock for this product in the system was 0 but actually was set for 30 pcs.
    In the setting I don’t let clients buy my products with reservations, this option in off

    I have no idea how to fix this issue.

    If I understand you correctly, after ordering the product (that has 30pcs in stock) on your site, the quantity changed to -1?

    Can you please share with us a screenshot of the Order Notes for the order you made?

    Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
