Product ratings doesn’t show

    Hi,
    I have several products in my online shop and would like to know how can I activate the rating stars?
    I am working with Trusted Shops to collect client reviews but the rates doesn’t appear in the product carousel.
    Is there any solution?

  • We didn’t find any issues with the rating stars of the plugin. The plugin displays WooCommerce default rating stars. Are you using any third partly plugin for the rating? Please share the name of the plugin.

    Yes, I am working with a plugin called Trustbadge Reviews for WooCommerce created by Trusted Shops, the system we use to show our rating products.
    I have added the carousel to a page but it doesn’t appear the rating or any of the stars filled.
