Product re-ordering

    When I first installed plugin it worked great and i was so happy! Now it doesn’t work at all. I de-activated it but now I can’t even get other sorting plugins (that had worked before) to work. I’m wondering if it’s because something from this plugin (even de-activated) is affecting them. I haven’t unistalled it because I need to understand the process for a clean unistall. I’m not a programmer developer so any help would be greatly appreciated. If I could even get the plugin to work again that would be even better.

    There is likely an error somewhere else in your theme or another plugin.

    I’m wondering if it’s because something from this plugin (even de-activated) is affecting them.

    Unlikely, this plugin uses an independent custom table in the DB so n other plugin would get affected.

    To figure out that is the problem, you need to check if you have a PHP error. You can do this by enabling WP_DEBUG mode in your config file. Inspect your page to see if you have any javascript errors.
