    Hi,
    If a product return request is made and if admin approves the return request, what is the procedure for shop keeper to do for sending UPS a pick up request from customer address and return it to shop address. How to achieve a return order request with this plugin.

    our plugin provides only live rates.

    You should handle return request on the website/service where the shipment was created.
