Product Review Rating Shows 0

I’m trying the free version of the review plugin before buying the upgrade. Everything looks great but the review ranking circle show 0. I would like to determine this ranking myself to match Amazon reviewers rankings. I’ve gone into settings and clicked that I do not want the users to reflect the ranking, but I do not see how to control that myself. Thanks for the help.
