    Hello,

    I am having issues with importing a file to a new site. I read the previous comment that said not to map the comment_post_id so I didn’t, but I still receive this error. The user does not exist since it is a new site, so I set user ID to 0.

    Hi @mattsmallsystemsvtcom,

    comment_post_id specifies the ID of the product to which the reviews will be attached to. As mentioned in the other support thread, try removing the comment_ID column. Reviews are skipped because comment table already contains comment with the same ID that you are trying to import.

    Thanks for the response. Yes I removed that column and still receive the error.
