Product reviews empty

    We can’t see the product reviews, it shows columns for orders, not reviews so we see the rows but all the columns are empty – only the checkbox for bulk actions shows. We had the same with coupons, but we could select those to edit and add a title column to actually see them in the admin list.

    The Product Review and Rating column, available for the Comment list table are deprecated. Since a recent version of WooCommerce, the product reviews are not displayed on the comment list table anymore. Instead, there is now a custom page found from the menu as follows:

    Product -> Reviews

    We will fix that the columns are not available anymore if a specific version of WooCommerce is loaded.

    Yeah, sorry, wasn’t clear in my message.
    We do know where the reviews are, they just show empty columns.

    Any e.t.a. on when this will be fixed? Not to rush, just so I can manage our clients expectations.
    Will they get their own customizable column layout?

    There will be no fix in our plugin. Our plugin does not have any (working) custom column any more for Product reviews. All column that are on the Product Review List Table are added by WooCommerce, not by our plugin.

    Sorry, but I doubt that any other plugin or woocommerce is causing this issue. This is the only plugin related to columns. And the empty columns shown for the product reviews are an exact match to the columns in your plugin default/reset on for example products.

    Yes, our plugin dos have a ‘Product Review’ column for the comment page. But since the product reviews are filtered out of the default Comment page by WooCommerce and added to the specific Products > Reviews page, this column will never work anymore on the Comments page. If you have that specific column on the comments page, you can remove it since it does not do anything anymore.

    Our plugin does not have column management support for the specific Review page that WooCommerce provides.
