Product reviews sync error

  • Hi,

    Wanneer ik de productreviews wil synchroniseren krijg ik steeds de volgende melding: Something went wrong with syncing.

    Ik heb de errorlog van de website gekeken, maar die zie ik geen foutmeldingen. Hebben jullie een idee om dit op te lossen?

    Hi,

    After you click on either Sync Manually or Sync all review manually, you should be able to see some information in Console about what went wrong.

    Possible reasons are:

    • Product reviews are disabled
    • WooCommerce is not active

    Both Woocommerce en the product reviews are enabled. There are no errors in the console.
