    Hello! Have I set this up correctly? This file is empty and thus no rich snippets despite 700+ reviews and 600+ products – all that have upc, mpn, etc. feilds complete. And I’ve mapped everything.

    Thank you for using CusRev plugin!

    It called the Google Shopping XML Feed and it looks like the reviews feed is not found on your site. Please refer to this solution https://help.cusrev.com/support/solutions/articles/43000557358-google-shopping-xml-feed-not-found-404-error-

    Thank you so very much – that helped!! I was able to generate the Product Review feed now. ??

    Lastly, am I able to use just the reviews feed created by this plugin in Merchant Center as supplemental feed to a primary product feed I already have working? I wasn’t sure if your product review feed is meant to only work with your product feed only.

    Hi,

    I’m not sure if you intend to use a review feed from another source but it is highly recommended to use the reviews feed on our plugin to submit to Google Merchant Center if you’ve submitted the product feed that is generated from our plugin.
