  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

When you would like to add a sale price to your feed make sure you use these field mappings for both your g:price and g:sale_price fields: https://adtribes.io/properly-add-sale-prices-google-shopping-feed/

With regards to the SKU’s that you mapped to your identifier_exists and item_group_id fields: the identifier_exists fields indicates if a product has an unique identifier, such as a GTIN/Brand or MPN/brand. The values for this field is always “yes” or “no”. There are no other values possible. Our plugin automatically determines what the proper value needs to be so please do not map your SKU to it.

With regards to the SKU that you mapped to the g:item_group_id. This is probably wrong as the item_group_id field needs to contain the ID for the parent variable product for all your product variations. So we strongly advise you leave the default item_group_id field mapping in place.

You could map your SKU field to the g:id field when you make sure your SKU is unique for your products.

Here are all my mapping fields and sale price is still not showing on instagra :(, https://snipboard.io/U8uB04.jpg see my mappnig fields.

Also i tried once to set id as my sku and that bring a problem, so thats no possible is any other way to set the sku to show?

Did you check your feed itself? So open it in your browser and see if the sale prices are in? If so than the “issue” is with Instagram itself. We are no experts on advertising in Pinterest but I can imagine they have criteria on when sale prices show. This also goes for other channels (such as: the sale price needs to be lower than the average price of the last 30 days – Google).

yes is showing in the feed https://www.alahas.com.do/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/00JbYuTIUBZAdpCEKHkpoMx9H6eEAdPa.xml

Control+ f for ge-003 and its show the sale price, but in instagram not. I used another plugin and it shows but here not i dont know why.

When the sale price shows in the feed then your feed is fine. There must be another reason why your sale price is not showing. Did you already reach out to Instagram support asking what that reason might be?

Its instagram, not pinterest. You instagram kind of lag of support.

Our bad, instagram = Facebook. So are your sale prices showing in your Facebook catalogues / Business manager?

No they are not shoing, but they are added to the feed perfectly

In that case I really suggest you reach out to Facebook’s support asking what the reasons are for your sale prices not showing.

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and/or our help is no longer required we will close this topic. Do not hesitate to reach out to us again whenever you need our support.
