Product Search Broken after Version 4.4.0

    After updating to Woocommerce Version 4.4.0 it has broken the search. If you search for a generic word for example ‘beaker’ to goes directly to the products category page with no results. If you search by sku is fine.

  • Same problem here after upgrading to 4.4.0. The Product Category and Product Tag pages are still returning working pages that display products, as does searching by SKU, but standard searches all return a page with no results.

    EDIT: Do you have Relevanssi installed? Disabling the Relevanssi plug-in has fixed this for me and search is now behaving as expected. I can live without the advanced functionality Relevanssi provides until their plug-in is updated to work with 4.4.0.

    Just noticed an update to woocommerce had come out (Version 4.4.1) Installed this on our test site and it has resolved my search issue.
