    I’ve hunted through the forums but haven’t seen if the plugin is able to search content within the extra product tabs.

    I’m currently using Elementor on a site, I’ve installed the plugin, and I’m using the “product search” option, but it doesn’t seem to want to pick up content in the tabs.

    Is there a functions.php setting to include that area for searches?

    As a side note, I’m using the following that does work, but wanted to check if there was anything inherent that maybe I was missing.

    Here’s code to join fields and search custom fields (not my code, just something I’ve used before): https://adambalee.com/search-wordpress-by-custom-fields-without-a-plugin/

    @bigredseo,

    You should reach out to the developers and let me know you’d like to include custom post meta into your product search functionality. Since you’re using a third party search theres no telling what they’re using under the good to provide that search data to you.

    I hope you get it figured out and if not maybe try looking at other search plugins instead of using the one built into Elementor.

    Cheers,

    Hi,

    Same problem I have.
    We’re using Custom product tabs to display additional tabs in our Woocommerce site.
    However, our customers need to be able to search alphanumberic “Part #” like:
    BL-4510
    BL-4520
    BL-4530

    These were added using the custom tabs.
    Is there a way to make the texts visible in search?

    Thanks.
