Your theme is adding some styling that prevents the search-container to appear.

Please use the following custom CSS to prevent it:

#product_search_form .search-container {
    position: relative;
    top: 0;
    left: 0;
    visibility: visible;
    opacity: 1;
    margin: 0;
}
