the how to change the size setting is were I am stuck. Where can you find that setting? I already have regenerate thumbnail plugin. thanks in advance

In the Admin Panel->Woocommerce->Settings->Products there is
a section called Product Image Sizes. You should be able to able
to change both product image sizes and thumbnail sizes as well.

alright! worked like a charm. You actually need to input the ###pixels you want then regenerate. Thanks wp_j75
