Hi there,
I just recently update to the most recent WP Version, theme (ENFOLD) and WC are up to date aswell.
I usually use a plug-in to sort my products (grouped and single) via drag and drop (250g, 500g, 1000 grams – with smallest value on top).
This sorting is not working anymore. I just noticed after WP Update but this might be something that came with WC update… most unlikely with the theme update.
If I deactivate the ‘Post Types order’ Plug-in – nothing changes – I can change Product ID, sorting, etc nothing changes…
I usially add a product via duplicating an existing product – so what I can see is that the last products (4 weeks ago) have that sorting probloem – which makes me wonder if this might be a WC issue…

If I change the sorting option in WC panel – the sorting changes, yes, but changing ID of product/post OR order does not change anything…

Is there anybody else experiencing that problem?
Any input is appreciated.

No link provided by it’s probably https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/wp-45-javascript-errors-please-choose-product-options-etc?replies=1 which is not caused by WC.

Hi Mike,
sorry for the delay.
Well, I now have checked everything – reinstalled the theme (has the latest version – should be no JS problem) – used a standard theme(!) – deactivated all plugins except Woocommerce. reinstalled WP 4.5
changed the order of the respective products – nothing changed.

Let me be clear on one thing – If I change the order option (display panel) in Woocommerce it defenitly changes the order on the shop overview but not on the grouped product page…

The products are running in my shop as following:
grouped product -> single product

I have usually 2 to 3 single products – product (display) order starts from the top with the smallest size of my coffee bags (250, then 500g, then 1000g).

the only difference is that this was stored with an older WP and WC version… I tend to duplicate the latest entries (products)…

any other idea?

Not really. Grouped products children are ordered by menu order which is correct https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/blob/master/includes/class-wc-product-grouped.php#L60

so how can I change that by hand?
I thought that altering the value of Post ID or Product order could change that, does it not?
