Product sorting not working

    I have selected ‘Default sorting (custom ordering + name)’ on Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product Catalog. I have then tried rearranging products in a category using the sorting option. My products however do not rearrange. They remain sorted according to the all tab instead of the sorting tab. I have also tried changing the ‘Menu Order’ on the advanced tab of a single product but this did not rearrange the products either.

    I cannot get the last product to move up AND I changed the screen display to show all the products. Did you get any response?

    The product sorting was not working for me. BUT if I went in and modified the published date of the product, I was able to get the product to fall where I needed to.

    Thanks for sharing your solution. That seems like a reasonable workaround. I am no longer working on this site so I can’t say whether another solution was found.

    I’ve run into an issue with the same WC setting, but the opposite problem.

    I have my site set to order products by default, which should be alphabetical, but they are still not displaying entirely alphabetically. There are random ones that are out of order for no apparent reason. I’ve double-checked each of them to make sure they didn’t have any menu ordering set, and tried editing the publish date, but to no avail.

    Hi,
    I just started using this product and so far it isn’t doing ANYTHING. I tried to view the Products by Category–but instead, all the categories show ALL products.

    I tried to manually organize them, but it won’t even let me remove products from categories.

    help!
