The plugin All Products for WooCommerce Subscriptions provides the functionality you describe, and works alongside WooCommerce Subscriptions. It will add subscription options to regular products and product variations.

When a new customer signs up we want to give them the ability to ‘select’ or ‘enter’ one of our sales rep codes, this would then be attached to the customer account so we can see which reps are signing up users. We also want the customer to receive a discount if they select or enter a sales rep code, is this possible?

Is there also a way to have a customer account inactive once they register and only active once we approve the account?

This is a pretty specific instance and is not something that would be taken care of with one extension. With that being said here are some options for each piece of what you described.

To add an additional field to the registration form like “Sales Rep Code” you could use our extension Custom User Registration Fields for WooCommerce. This will allow you to gather extra details as a user registers and store it on their user profile.

The trickiest part I think is providing a discount to new clients using sales rep codes. The best solution I could imagine is using AutomateWoo to trigger a coupon email to be sent when a user signs up using a Sales Rep Code.
