Product subscription via URL path?

    We have a html page outside of the wordpress (on the same domain as wordpress) for a landing page and we have CTAs on the page with direct links to add product in cart and proceed to checkout.

    On the same section next to add to cart, we have another CTA to subscribe, but product subscribes dont work directly via url parameters. Is there any way we could make the subscribe function work?

    The question is not very clear – do you need help with the landing page which is not a part of wordpress or wordpress page? The cta is on HTML page (non-wordpress)?
