Product support is exceptional

Even though I am using three version of Jetpack, when I had an issue they were very responsive to my inquiries. They even opened up an issue on their GitHub page in which I was able to track the progress and participate in the final solution. I feel the support I was provided for this issue was above and beyond my expectations.
