    Hi there,

    I recently noticed that when creating mailers from MailChimp, it appears that the products do sync but it creates multiple versions of very product. It appears as if every time there is a price change, a new products created in MailChimp rather than updating the existing product.

    What are my options going forward? Perhaps there is a way to delete all products from MailChimp and resync from WordPress?

    Firstly, could you please confirm if you have any multilingual CMS installed on your WordPress site, such as WPML? WPML is known to duplicate products, which could be contributing to the issue you’re experiencing.

    Secondly, could you share the version of the plugin you’re currently using? This information could help us understand if this is a version-specific issue or something else.
