    Hello.
    I really need your help.
    I have read the documentation on product synchronisation and my problem is that the synchronisation does not complete.
    I have stopped the plugins that might affect it.
    I have also tried disabling and reconfiguring them.
    Is there any way to find out what is causing this?

    To help us further troubleshoot this can you please share the following information:

    • Please share with us your site’s System Status Report
    • You can get it by navigating to the **WooCommerce / Status** section of your site. Once there, click on the **Get system report** button and then copy it by clicking on the **Copy for support** button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    • Next, can you please head to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and share with us any relevant logs regarding Facebook for WooCommerce?

    Thanks for your response.

    Would you please enable logging on Facebook and then share the log for me to review? To do so, please follow the below steps:

    1. Head to Marketing > Facebook.
    2. Enable debug mode at the bottom of the screen and save the settings.
    3. Sync the products again from Facebook> Product Sync> Sync products.
    4. Head to WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
    5. Choose the Facebook log from the dropdown and click the “View” button to display the log. Please note that the log may be in UTC/GMT time, so it may be offset by a few hours.
    6. Copy and paste the log into https://pastebin.com/ or as a reply to this thread.

    Thank you.
    Yesterday I found out the sync has done.
    I don’t know what was wrong but in the end, it appears to have taken five days to complete.

    Glad to read the products are now synced.

    Normally, these would automatically be synced when a new product is added or if an existing product is edited via the WordPress Dashboard.

    The code will try to assemble a complete queue and sync over as much as possible as fast as possible. If the sync fails for you then I would reckon the process times out due to overload.

    If you notice the problem occurring again, I’d be interested in reviewing any memory errors or problems logged on the backend.

    WooCommerce also attempts to log any fatal errors. You can find these under WooCommerce > Status >> Logs (click on the tab). After clicking on the logs tab examine the dropdown on the right for any “fatal-errors” entry.
