    Hello there,

    we have problems with the WooCommerce Facebook product sync for some products.
    We already read the FAQs to this issue, but it didn’t help.

    Overall it seems to work, we have around 1.200 products online with like 5.000 variants.
    But if we try to link products in Facebook- or instagram-posts some products seems to be missing. The interesting point is some products miss completely, some only on Facebook and some only on instagram.

    -None of these products is Virtual
    -they all have the Facebook Sync setting set to “Sync and show in catalog”
    -None of these products belong to a category or have a tag that’s excluded from sync in the WooCommerce > Facebook > Product Sync settings
    -we already ran the manual product sync multiple times, which didn’t help

    So we came to the point, where we need help from you guys ??
