Problem 1) My product catalogue was syncing and showing in Instagram already, I enabled Checkout from Instagram and suddenly ALL my items started showing as Out of Stock.

Problem 2) To fix the problem 1) above, I triggered manual sync and its been 2 days since it is syncing itself, I have no option to stop it or try re-trigggering it.

Please help ASAP, my shop is practically down at this time.

Hello,

Sorry to hear about that.

You can use the WP-Crontrol plugin to monitor your cron jobs, by checking the system report, it appears that many of them are either failed or pending:

Failed: 1,575<br>Pending: 7

Also, can you navigate under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs? (Please check if there is any error message being generated).

Let us know what you find.

Kindly be reminded that the Checkout with Facebook or Instagram option isn’t supported yet.

Thanks, are you saying WordPress does not support Checkout with FB/ Insta or Woocommerce does not support yet. If its woocommerce, please suggest alternatives.

Sorry to hear that, At this time, Instagram shopping/checkout support is not available. We recommend Instagram Shopping?if you will need your customers to check out from Instagram.

With Instagram Shopping you can link an Instagram Business Account to the Facebook account, and sync products to the Facebook catalog. This catalog can be shared between these two platforms.

Yes, you can use the Instagram Shopping extension if you need users to checkout from Instagram.

Yes again. No need to undo WooCommerce prior to installing the Instagram Shopping extension.
