Product tags are no longer added.

  • Hi, We have been using this plugin for three years to add a specific tag and pass it to active campaigns based on the product. But unfortunately today the tag is no longer sent. We checked the API connection and everything is correct. Could you help us understand what the problem is?

    Hi there,

    Please can you check the following WC-AC Hook settings for me.

    When logged in as admin, the settings may be found under: WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > WC-AC Hook or Plugins > WC-AC Hook > Settings

    ‘Add/Update Contact’ – is this checked/unchecked ?
    ‘Track Order Status’ – is this checked/unchecked ?
    ‘Debug Log: Is this enabled ?

    Please enable the ‘Debug Log’ if it is not enabled.

    If the ‘Debug Log’ is enabled then please check if there is any useful message. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and select the log starting with ‘wc-ac-hook’ and then click view.
