Product thumbnail picture appears cropped.

    Hello,

    The shop images are 900×900 and I have a problem with the Facebook image thumbnail.
    When I try to post or share a product, it appears cropped on top and bottom. I can not change the ratio/dimensions of the product image.

    So is it possible to make it appear correctly?

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Facebook has their own recommendations of the size they prefer. Here is what they mention on their website:
    For images with a link on desktop 479 x 246 pixels, and on mobile min-width 320 pixels. We recommend 1,080 x 1,350 pixels.

    As you can see, Facebook needs a rectangular image and not a square image like yours. That’s why the cropping is happening.
