Product thumbnails are being cropped

    I just started using this plugin today. I was super excited to see that you could import your woocommerce products into mailchimp. I started to create some automated emails but I noticed that I could not edit aspect ratio of the product thumbnails, which were being cropped into a rectangle shape rather than a square.

    I did some investigating in the content manager and it looks like the majority of my product thumbnails are being cropped in the same manner. Check out the screenshot to see what I’m talking about:

    I’ve tried resyncing my products with no success. Is this fixable? Is there a trick I don’t know about? Would size by chance have something to do with it? We make our product images at 1080×1080 pixels with thumbnails being outputted at 450×450 pixels, which doesn’t seem like a very ridiculous size for Mailchimp to handle. Any help is greatly appreciated! I was originally really excited about using this plugin but if my thumbnails cannot be fixed then this is a major deal breaker. ??

    Definitely glad to help you check out these product thumbnails and getting things synced over properly.

    To get started, would you be able to provide some initial information about your site to ensure it meets the minimum requirements to run as expected. You can pass us the WooCommerce System Status Report to provide all the details we’ll need.

    In addition, could you send over a screenshot from WooCOmmerce’s Product Display settings? Specifically: WooCommerce > Products > Display > Product Images. I understand you’ve currently got things set at 450×450, though I’d like to do some testing to try and replicate what you’re experiencing.

    Finally, if you haven’t yet, could you try using the regenerate thumbnails plugin to make sure that all the product thumbnails are using up to date sizes?
