Product thumbnails not showing

    Hi,

    I installed the free version of your plugin – WooCommerce Product Video Gallery

    I wanted to add a product video to the WooCommerce product gallery. It does that but its put the product image thumbnails into a carousel which I don’t want, as I want all the thumbnails to be visible.

    Unfortunately, when I disabled the plugin, the video is removed but the product thumbs are still displayed in a carousel.

    How can I get rid of the carousel and get all the thumbnails back?

    Our plugin are does not provide a grid view for a product thumbnail.
    You can not be use all features of plugin if you disabled our plugin.
    I’ve check out your site our plugin are not activate in your site and current product gallery are coming from any other plugin or theme.

    I think your plugin has broken the grid view of product gallery thumbnails. It was working fine until i installed WooCommerce Product Video Gallery.

    I’ve disabled the plugin but Product Video Gallery is broken. Please can you help me reset?

    I’ve checked it the current product gallery are coming from your woodmart theme.
    Please disable it from your theme settings.

    For disable carousel go to the Theme Settings click on Product page and click Images.
    Set Thumbnails position as you need.
