Hi. Sorry — I changed this post several times because I kept figuring things out and then having different problems. Here’s where I’ve netted out:
The title search is working fine. The search fields don’t include Woo Brands, which is what I wanted. So for each product I put the brand name in the tag field. And that worked to some degree.
Now, however, any tag name with an apostrophe seems to have trouble. I’ve tried listing several tags for each brand name, both with apostrophes and without, but still, it seems to only work some of the time.
A quick search about apostrophes left me thinking it has something to do with straight or curly apostrophes, but I didn’t pursue it much further.

Try searching “Natalia’s” — it should bring up Natalia’s Kitchen brand. But only “Natalia” works (I put that in tags too). Same with “John” and “John’s”.
Any thoughts?
