Product title link to a blog post rather than an external affiliate link?

    Hi everyone – as the title of my post states, is it possible when clicking on a products “title” it links to a blog post rather than an external affiliate link? If so, how can this be done?

    I’ve tried adding my blog post URL to the affiliate URL, which works, but it also changes the URL when clicking the “view on amazon” button.

    Can anyone help?

    Hi Craig,
    You can use whatever URL in the field that you wish and it shouldn’t change the URL. In the Shop Page WP settings, you can have links open in the same tab rather than a new tab if you are using all internal links.

    Hi Justin,

    Thank you for the swift response.

    Sorry I wasn’t too clear in my original post. I’m trying to link to a blog post on my website when clicking on the title of a product (see picture, red text). And clicking the ‘view on amazon’ button will link to the actual product on Amazon. Is this possible using your plugin?

    Hi Craig,
    No worries. Unfortunately, that isn’t something that isn’t possible. The link tag gets wrapped around the image, tite and button so they all share the same link. Best of luck with your site and let us know if there is anything else we can help with.
