Product Title showing Sku instead, in Reports

    Hello! I just got the plugin configured yesterday, and now that the accounts are thoroughly synced, I tried to look at the reports. In the plugin, when I go to Reports>Products, the list is showing the product SKU numbers rather than the product titles. This is the SKU that we enter and use internally for our products, not the gla- number that the plugin assigns as an ID.

    For example, one product in the list shows as: Product Title: 3113. I assume that Product Title should instead be showing me the name of the product and is pulling from the wrong field in the database. It should read as: Product Title: Culinary Lavender

    Since I don’t have the SKU numbers for our products memorized, having the actual product title show would be much more helpful. Am I correct in assuming that this is what the plugin authors intended, and there’s a glitch?

    I’m glad to hear you got the Google Listings & Ads extension configured and connected! : )

    That does sound odd — I would expect the Report to show Product Title: with the title, rather than the SKU. Please send over a screenshot to show how it’s displaying on your end, as well as screenshots of the product’s “General”, “Inventory”, and “Google Listings & Ads” tabs (from the Edit Product page). I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply here.

    A copy of your site’s System Status Report could also be helpful. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply. Please note that since this is a public forum, you may want to remove any sensitive information that you don’t want shared publicly.

    Unfortunately there is no other way, you can use https://snipboard.io for screenshots, these images are not saved forever and the content is usually deleted after a couple days.

    Also you can use a Google Doc file to add the images and Status Report and once the troubleshooting is completed here, you can delete it.

    Your System Status Report does not contain any sensitive information either.
