Product Traceability Tool for WordPress?

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone has come across a product traceability tool for WordPress. Essentially what this would do would allow a user who visits the site to enter in a product number and a page would come up that would show detailed information about the product. Hypothetically I could just use a standard search plugin, but I was hoping that I could have something more specific where instead of showing “matches”, it would just bring them to the specific page they desired. Any ideas would be great!
