    <p>The free version is getting less attractive because of the capabilities. Just make it a payed version from the start. Latest update changed/blocked some important free functions.</p>
    <p>Update bought the pro version. It’s a lot of hassle. For European reviews I will not advise this plugin. you don’t have a lot of freedom, adapting to your own template, getting reviews regardless.?</p>

    Can you please clarify what ‘free functions’ were changed/blocked by the latest update? We never remove functionality from our free plugin but only add new features.

    using free version at the moment and it has stopped working all together. it will not send reminders manually or automatically.

    This is a free and open source plugin installed on over 50K eCommerce stores that have been using it for YEARS. People used our plugin on all kinds of hosting, with various themes, and together with most of the popular plugins. Therefore, it is highly unlikely that the plugin can just “stop working all together”.

    If you would like to troubleshoot your problem, please post it on the support forum. We will be happy to help you there.
