    Hello,

    I have a problem with feed update to google. Time after time I have to do that by manually refreshing, despite setting daily update in plugin configuration and google merchant.

    There is a warning that problem may be caused by wpcron. I downloaded WP Control plugin and it shows that my cron is working but im not sure about your plugin.

    The download link you send is (of a real big file) is being flagged as being unsafe and potentially dangerous so we won’t open it.

    • What does the cron warning sat?
    • When you check your cron hooks, which ones start with woosea_*?

    After turning on WP Control there is information:
    – At least one cron call has lost schedule
    – If the DISABLE_WP_CRON constant is enabled, WP-Cron cannot work.

    For items that contain woosea_, this is what is shown in the screen.

    Is that what you needed?

    PS: I also checked wp-config.php and there is value define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, true);

    Thanks for this information. You disabled your WP-cron and as such the plugin cannot update the feeds. Please make sure the WP-cron is enabled in your wp-config.php, that should solve the issue at hand.

    Hello, i changed value and warning about wp-cron disappeared.

    Does it mean that problem is solved ?? ?

    The issue probably is solved then yes. Just to make sure I would also disable and re-enable the plugin as that will reset all cron hooks needed for the updating of your feeds.

    1 more question.

    I have variable products but i dont need variables in feed. Temporary solution is to generate lowest price variable.

    Is it possible to generate in xml variable product as nonvariable?

    It is not possible to just have the parent variable product in your feed as most marketing channels do no accept parent products. We have explained into detail in this blog post: https://adtribes.io/can-i-add-mother-products-to-my-feed-and-leave-out-the-variations/
