    Hello,

    Facebook perceives this as an error as prices are not set for some variants. I identify these products and mark them as out of stock on my own system. Do I need to do anything else? does your plugin automatically send these new settings?

    There should be an product sync feature that can be enabled/disabled
    >Enable product sync – Use this to disable product syncing entirely.

    You can manually trigger the product sync via the Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync tab by clicking the Sync products button.

    Hello Zach,

    This is not an urgent matter for me. I want to know if the system synchronizes by itself at certain intervals. Or do I have to use this button to add products in every correction?

    Hi @tniron

    If you have Product sync option checked within
    Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync

    There will be a sync triggered whenever there is any change in a product, or a new product added, and Facebook Catalog will be updated with the details of your product.

    The meta data will be visible in the options on the right side for a product.

    If there is any discrepancy for a particular product, you can click the reset Facebook Meta data option for that product and run a sync from Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync tab by clicking the Sync products button.

    Hello @nagpai ,

    Self-synchronization is enough for me. I don’t need the products to be in sync instantly. Thanks for the additional information. Everything is going well for now.
