Product URL not generated as we set in permalink

The plugin permalink manager has been working perfectly without any issues, but now it is giving me an error.
The URL structure for the product page has been set, i.e. https://crowcrowcrow.com/shop/%__sku% (for e.g. https://crowcrowcrow.com/shop/A0001497BCAFP01)
However, now it doesn’t work as it did before. Now whenever a product is uploaded, it generates with a URL https://crowcrowcrow.com/shop/%__sku%/wet-brush-pro-epic-multigrip-blowout-brush-1-5-inch. We don’t even know why this happens.
