Product Variable Error “Please choose product options…”

Hi @anteikuanime.

We have product variable’s that we were testing however when we go to add the product to the cart we get an error message “Please choose product option by choosing…”

To clarify, you get this error message even if you choose a variation to add to the cart? Can you send screenshots of what this looks like? If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few options:

Also, can you post your system status report? You can find that by going to WooCommerce > Status in your site’s admin area, then clicking “Get system report,” then “Copy for support.” If a URL would be easier, it should be yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=status , replacing “yoursite.com” with your site’s actual URL.

I tried to check the product you linked to, but I’m unable to view it. I was going to check for any JavaScript errors in the console, which seem to usually show up along with this issue you describe.

In this case, I would suggest that you do the same. You can refer to this guide, if necessary: Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors.
