Product variant boxes not alligned

Try this custom CSS code at Dashboard > Appearance > Custom CSS. It will align the variable value box.

table.variations > tbody:nth-child(1) > tr:nth-child(2) > td.value{
margin-left:24px
}

This CSS should be applied to all variation tables. Maybe look in a different browser to see if it was a cache issue?
