    Hi there,

    Hope this finds you well.
    I just wanted to get in touch as the product variations on my products keep disappearing. Some products seem to default to simple products. I initially thought it was error on my part but noticed this happened yesterday to a new vendor who I set up.
    I just wanted to check is this potentially a known bug or is there something I need to do ?

    We haven’t received any other reports of this happening, so I don’t expect it to be a bug in WooCommerce itself. It’s likely caused due to a theme conflict, or possibly a third-party plugin. I’d recommend the conflict-testing steps here to isolate the source of the issue:?https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:
    – Temporarily switch your theme back to a default?theme, such as Storefront.
    – Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.
    – Clear your browser cache, and the cache on your site if you have one there.
    – Test to see if the issue has been resolved.

    If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until the problem appears again. This will then give you an idea about which plugin is the one causing the conflict.
