• Hi there,

I have a problem I am not able to solve already a long time. It concerncs the variations and stock management.

    Example:
Product: T-Shirt in 3 Colours and 3 Sizes

So I created 3 products (in all colours that the clients see them all) and in each products i’ll have all other colours and sizes (all variations).

When I now use the stock management, the green T-Shirt size S has another variation number compared to the other two products i created.

That brings up different problems as clients can buy more shirts than i actually have. How can i solve this problem?

    Thanks for our help.
    Michael

  • On the product setup page, at the Product Data section, Inventory tab, ensure “Enable stock management at product level” is not checked.

In the Variation tab, for each variation, ensure “Manage stock” is checked, then enter your stock for that variation.
