Product Variation Description

You can try using the Product Description Parent Attribute mapping: Screenshot by Lightshot (prnt.sc)

You can also use the rules and filter to verify that the product has a description and if not map it a value.

I have tried that but it does not seem to work either.

I should say I am using a new version of the Pro Plugin that was emailed to me so this could be just an issue with the new version.

I have emailed support but no answer yet.

The support links on your website still do not work
