Product Variation Drop Down Error – After Woo Commerce 2.4.4 Update

Have you seen the sticky topic? it may be a template override inside your theme.

I read a thread about changing the variable.php file and that didn’t fix it for me. Is that what you mean by “Sticky” topic?

Any other suggestions of what could be causing the issue? I already tried turn off all my other plugins to see if they were the problem but that didn’t resolve it either.

This is still not working from any system or through any browser I use. When you say it was working you could select an option in a drop down and it would remain as the selected value?

Yes; I selected values and it showed the price too.

I understand it changes the price, i mentioned all of that worked in my first comment. The problem is that the value you select does not stay in the drop down. I select black for the shirt color, the image changes correctly to a black shirt, the price changes to the actual cost, but the drop down value still shows I have red selected.

Would you be willing to do a GoTo and I’ll share my screen and show you what is happening?

I just find it hard to believe it work from your computer but no where else. Thank you

Went back to WooCom ver 2.3 and it works. Well leave it like that until they figure this out. Thanks

I did not notice that when I tested. I also cannot see why the code would do this. If you try again you should definitely rule out plugins and themes because I don’t see how WC core can do this alone. It doesn’t occur on test sites, and has not been reported by anyone else that I’ve seen.

Selecting any option changes the price correctly, but the drops down revert to “choose an option” Also, the options carry over correctly to the cart.
