I have product A (https://thestationeryceo.com/product/3-0-digital-bullet-planner-bundle/) that has some variations where the customer must pick opens before they can add to cart. However, even though options are selected, I’m still unable to add to cart.

I also have another product (product B) that also has variations (https://thestationeryceo.com/product/digital-bullet-planner-2-0-bundle-2/). But this one doesn’t have any issues with adding to cart once options are selected.

Below are the troubleshooting actions I’ve done so far but issue still remains:
    * Ensured that Product B’s settings are correct (enabled, virtual, downloadable, has a price, in stock etc)
    * Tried re-doing the attributes and variations
*tried switching to the default theme or any other theme

It may also seem like there is an overall issue with the cart functionality as when I go to view cart by clicking on the trolley symbol on top right hand corner, it’s just blank.

Yesterday it was working just fine. I haven’t done anything since then and it now seems to be having issues.

    please help!

    Hey there ??

    Thanks for reaching out!

It seems you’re experiencing the following issues:

    • Product A is not adding to the cart, even after the variation is selected. However, Product B, adds without any issues.
    • When clicking the “Mini cart” icon in the top right-hand corner, the cart is blank.

I have gone to your site, and I am unable to replicate either issue you are experiencing, as Product A adds to the cart successfully, and the cart side menu is displayed correctly when clicking the “Mini cart” in the top right-hand corner:

Have you managed to resolve this since reaching out, or are you still facing this same issue on your end?

If so, can you please try clear your browser cache and see if this makes any difference?

If the issue is still present, can you please clarify if this occurs on various browsers, or a specific browser so that we can take a closer look? Also, are you perhaps seeing any error messages on your end when trying to add Product A to the cart (if yes, please share these with us here).

    Cheers!
