Product variations

  • Hello,

    I have recently made some changes (show also completed orders) to the plugin but now I cannot see variations of products as I could before.

    How do I display product variations bought without clicking on the ordernumber?

    Hi @workadev,

    In order to troubleshoot plugin errors, please try each of these steps and take note of the result after each step. Make sure to backup your database before doing this:

    1 – Save plugin settings (WooCommerce / Settings / Products / Product Customer List).
    2 – Press on “reset column order” button (if you can see it in the product page).
    3 – Delete and reinstall my plugin.
    4 – Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and my plugin. If this fixed the issue, please note which plugin causes the conflict.
    4 – Switch your theme to Twenty Seventeen.

    Let me know if any of these solve the issue.

    Is it possible to show the specific variation of a product in a column? I can’t seem to get that to work.

    Not sure what you mean, you want each variation to be in a different column? It is unfortunately not possible at this time.

    That wasn’t exactly what I meant. Let me try to explain more thoroughly:

    At the moment we have a product with 2 variations: “Variation A” and “Variation B”. Furthermore the customer is able to enter his email into a custom field as we need to know a specific email address for specific tracking in our company. Please do not confuse this email with the email the customer use for the order confirmation.

    So when “Variation A” is purchased by a customer I want both the variation and the email entered by the customer in the custom field, to show in the “Variations” column. This is showed before, but all of a sudden that piece of information (only the “Variation A” info) disappeared from the “Variation” column, so now only the data showing is the email entered by the customer in the custom field, when he make a purchase.

    I hope above makes sense or else let me know.
